Roboquant Connect vs PickMyTrade: Quick Answer
Both tools take a TradingView alert and turn it into a broker order, so you can automate a strategy without writing an execution bot yourself. They differ mainly in broker coverage and price:
- PickMyTrade supports many brokers, including Tradovate, Rithmic, Interactive Brokers and TradeStation.
- Roboquant Connect supports one broker, Tradovate, with unlimited Tradovate accounts at one price.
If your accounts are not all on Tradovate, PickMyTrade is the stronger choice. If they are, compare the prices below.

Pricing
PickMyTrade lists $50/month, $120/quarter or $350/year, with a 7-day free trial that needs no credit card. Over a full year, the annual plan is the cheapest way to pay for it.
Roboquant Connect is $39.90/month, with a 7-day free trial on every new subscription and an annual plan on the Connect pricing section.
TradingView and broker costs are separate from Connect's price:
- TradingView: webhooks need a paid plan (Essential or higher) and two-factor authentication (TradingView pricing).
- Tradovate: per-contract commissions that depend on your Tradovate plan, plus exchange and NFA fees (Tradovate pricing).
Broker Support: Where PickMyTrade Is Stronger
PickMyTrade lists ten broker and platform integrations. Connect is marketed for Tradovate only.
That matters if you:
- hold accounts at a Rithmic-based firm or broker,
- trade through Interactive Brokers, TradeStation or Tradier,
- use a platform such as ProjectX, TradeLocker, Match-Trader or cTrader,
- want one tool for accounts that sit at different brokers.
In any of those cases, Connect cannot place the order for you, while PickMyTrade lists an integration for it.
What Roboquant Connect Offers on Tradovate
If all your accounts are on Tradovate, this is what Connect gives you:
- OAuth login. You sign in on Tradovate's own page, so Connect never sees your password. Every account under that login is connected, including prop-firm evaluation and funded accounts that sit under it.
- Unlimited Tradovate accounts. One alert can trade every account you select (multi-account trading).
- Per-account sizing. Give each account a fixed quantity, or a multiplier of the alert's quantity when the account uses Fixed Qty sizing.
- Alert Builder. Choose accounts, alert type, sizing, order type and optional take profit and stop loss, then copy the JSON message and webhook URL (alert JSON reference).
- Executions log. Each order shows its status, the broker order ID and the payload that triggered it.

Prop-Firm Accounts
No connector makes a strategy compliant with a prop firm's rules. Before you automate an evaluation or funded account:
- Read the firm's current rules on automated trading in its official help center.
- Check which platform the firm gives you. Connect only helps if your account is on Tradovate.
- Set daily limits well inside the firm's. Connect's daily loss limit resets at 00:00 UTC and counts realized P&L only, so treat it as a backstop.
Which Should You Choose?
Choose PickMyTrade if:
- any of your accounts are on a broker or platform other than Tradovate,
- you want one tool for several brokers,
- you want a trial without entering a card, or a quarterly plan.
Choose Roboquant Connect if:
- all your accounts are on Tradovate,
- you want unlimited Tradovate accounts at one monthly price.
The trials make it cheap to test both. Run each on a Tradovate demo account with the same alert and compare the orders each one places.
Switching to Connect
- Start the 7-day free trial and connect your Tradovate account with OAuth (setup guide).
- Build the alert in the Alert Builder and paste the JSON the Alert Builder generates.
- In each TradingView alert, replace the webhook URL and the message.
- Turn off the old alerts, so the same signal doesn't place orders twice.
- Test on a demo account through a full entry and exit before trading live.
