Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment

Roboquant Technologies LTD wants Roboquant to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or keyboard-only navigation. This statement applies to the roboquant.dev website and the Roboquant web application.

2. Standard We Work To

Our target is the European standard EN 301 549, which for web content means the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

3. Conformance Status

Roboquant is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the service do not yet fully meet the standard.

4. Known Limitations

  • Charts and trading views (RoboCharts, backtest and replay charts) are drawn on a canvas. Price data, indicators and drawings on the chart are not available to screen readers, and some chart interactions need a mouse or touch. Backtest statistics and trade lists are also shown as text.
  • The code editor used for strategies and indicators is not fully usable with screen readers, and some of its keyboard shortcuts may conflict with assistive technology.
  • Third-party widgets, such as the support chat, payment and checkout pages and embedded content, are provided by other companies and may not meet the standard.
  • Some icon-only buttons, form fields and dialogs may lack text labels or clear focus handling, and some text may not have enough colour contrast, especially in the dark theme.
  • AI chat responses stream in gradually and are not always announced to screen readers as they arrive.

5. What We Are Doing

  • Our code is automatically checked against accessibility rules, and new problems are reported to developers.
  • We use accessible interface components with keyboard support for menus, dialogs and forms.
  • We fix reported accessibility problems as product bugs and review new features for accessibility.
  • We will review this statement at least once a year and whenever the service changes significantly.

7. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the authority responsible for accessibility enforcement or consumer protection in your EU member state. In Cyprus this is the Consumer Protection Service of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry.
